Defines processes to verify
the correctness of a MIB in NTCIP data dictionary standards, and to
prepare a stand-alone version of the MIB. Also covers policies and
procedures for MIB development and maintenance. Defines
requirements for use by NTCIP data stewards in checking MIBs, in
coordinating all NTCIP device data dictionaries, and in working
with other entities using NTCIP MIBs.
