Description / Abstract: This standard covers the electrical and mechanical interchangeability of electrical devices mounted on or in luminaires, brackets, or remotely mounted on the support structure of the luminaire and that may draw power from the luminaire. These devices are used in conjunction with roadway and area lighting luminaires and may be mounted or plugged into the photocontrol receptacle. This standard does not cover such things as flag banners, flower containers, or decorative holiday/seasonal lights.
