This VDE application guide contains minimum formal, material and personal resources requirements as well as optional criteria for building companies in underground line construction with respect to the district heating, gas, electricity, telecommunications and drinking water divisions. The relevant technical regulations and legal provisions remain fully applicable for the construction of lines and related aspects. The term 'minimum requirements' implies here that further requirements may result from technical regulations and legal provisions or that clients may impose further requirements in particular due to special characteristics, need for protection and other boundary conditions.
