DIN EN 61000-4-4 VDE 0847-4-4:2013-04

This standard contains the German version of the European Standard EN 61000-4-4:2012 and is identical with the 3rd edition of the International Standard IEC 61000-4-4. It describes the immunity test of electrical and electronic equipment against electrical fast transient/burst. For this purpose specifications for the test equipment (test generator, coupling/ decoupling network, capacitive coupling clamp) including the calibration, for the test set-up, for the test method, for the evaluation of the test results and for the test report are given. Additionally areas of test levels were specified. In the annexes informations are given to electrical fast transients/bursts, for the selection of the test levels and considerations concerning the measurement uncertainty were undertaken.
