This standard, part 8 of the series EN 50363, specifies the requirements for the physical properties of the harmonized halogen-free thermoplastic sheathing compound given in Table 1. The relevant test methods for verification of compliance are given in EN 60811 series, EN 50267-2 series, EN 60684-2, HD 21.2 and HD 21.14. This standard is to be read in conjunction with EN 50363-0.
