This powerpoint presentation begins by providing a brief overview of the StrategicManagement andAvailableResources andTechnology (SMART) program. The SMART goal,program concepts andoutcomes include:a National Environmental Service Center (NESC) and Rural Community Assistance Program (RCAP) partnered, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA)funded 18 monthprogram using socialmarketing techniques toinvigorate small communityaudience participation in thedevelopment of wastewatermanagement-focused sourcewater and wellheadprotection plans.
