This powerpoint presentation begins by providing a brief overview of the staffing problem created when the facility was upgraded. A reorganization followed, including downsizing, with the current staffing being adequate ('99) until the anticipated large numbers of retirements happens. Future planning will require the hiring of more staff, and three options are presented: the usual civil service process; aggressive recruitment; and, develop an in-house training program. The opportunities that came out of an in-house training program are presented.
