This powerpoint presentation begins by providing a brief overview of the lower Hassayampa sub-basin hydrologic study. Sustainability and the modeling tool are presented. Project results include the following: regulatory approval for this level ofdevelopment will require recharge ofapproximately 50% of total g-wwithdrawals;Town of Buckeye staff and TownCouncil reactions: "we need to keepthe map green";effluent recharge/reuse will berequired - period. (Ordinance);careful scrutiny of developmentagreements; and,additional 50,000 acre-feet of waterfor development not yet approved by the state. The Town of Buckeye's integrated Water Resources Master Plan is presented. Includes figure.
