This powerpoint presentation begins by providing a brief overview of prior research on the Water Smart Reader conservation tool. Topics covered in this presentation include: evaluate program and examine how peoplewere using the device;unlike WWA-Aurora Water research, somethingthat could be accomplished with limited time andresources; provided an interim information gatheringopportunity until Phase II of WWA-Aurora Watercan be accomplished; and,"under the radar-home grown study". The Water Smart Reader(WSR) is a small radio frequency device that canread a water meter from a distance, and is thesize of a stud sensor or garage dooropener. The history of the program is presented, along with the current program organization, customer phone survey and findings of survey, and future implications. Includes figures.
