This slide presentation outlines information on Phoenix, Arizona's Union Hills WTP 160 MGDImprovements Project. The project was done in three phases: Phase 1 involvedrebuilding the existing 32 filters andconstructing 4 new 5 MGD filters; Phase 2 involved a raw water impoundment split; Phase 3a involved pretreatment facilities and Phase 3b involved an interim dewatering building.
